What is the policy for spare parts and guarantees?
We provide free vulnerable parts within the shipping container. We offer a 13-month guarantee from the date of the Bill of Lading; any parts damaged due to quality issues will be replaced after confirmation.
What kind of packaging is used for export?
All elevator equipment is packed using standard export wooden boxes and bundles to ensure safety during transport.
What are the available payment terms?
Payment can be made via T/T at sight or through a Letter of Credit (L/C).
What is the expected delivery timeline?
Typical delivery time is between 20 to 30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
